HOSTED SESSION Package is STEEL’s attempt to correct the conventional,  unbeneficial way of pricing for workout sessions. It’s not a common membership program where the less you come in for your workout, the better for the company. 
At STEEL, We only charge when you work out.

HOW IT WORKS

First, choose a package that fits your lifestyle:
If you usually workout 3 times per week, a 72-Session Package will last you 6 months.
However, we will add an extra amount of time to your package, in case life kicks in and you can’t come as frequently.

STEEL offers additional Sessions when you meet your target workout as a way to promote real results, discipline & building your habit to be healthy!
  • Workout 3 times per week for 4 weeks – Get 1 FREE Session added
  • Workout 4 times per week for 4 weeks – Get 2 FREE Session added

WHAT YOU GET IN A HOSTED SESSION

  • Accompanied with each session is a completely free plan of training that tailor to your need. The programmes include “Basics”, “Fat Loss”, “Hypertrophy” and “Strength”.
  • A dedicated professional coach is to look after your safety and to provide you with any assistance regarding your training and the above provided programmes.
