My fitness journey began with a simple goal: to improve my health and lose weight. Seeing the positive changes in my body after consistent training was exciting and made me determined to pursue this path.
The lockdown period during COVID-19 brought many challenges, especially to the tourism industry, where I had worked for over a year and which was heavily impacted. Instead of being discouraged, I saw this as an opportunity to change and follow my passion for sports, which had begun in my childhood. From practicing martial arts to competing in school sports tournaments during middle school, I decided to turn these challenges into motivation to become a personal trainer.

One of the things I’m most proud of is convincing myself and my family to believe in my decision to change my career and lifestyle. The process of studying and gaining knowledge in different environments has not only given me valuable experience but also taught me important lessons.
For my clients, I understand that daily perseverance is just as crucial as the goals they aim to achieve. Every moment of supporting them in surpassing their personal limits brings me immense joy.

Personal Milestones:
• Overcoming her own limits, from someone who had never run and didn’t enjoy running, Thảo completed her first-ever 5km distance in 32 minutes.
Coaching Achievements:
• Trained and guided clients to achieve a 7.9% reduction in body fat (from 37.4% to 29.5%) and a 6kg weight loss within 3 months.
• Supported clients in improving muscle mass, increasing 0.4kg of SMM and reducing 1.7kg of fat in just 27 days.
• Accompanied a female client on her journey to reduce body fat from 46.6% to 34.3% over 6 months, significantly enhancing her health and physique.
• Helped a male client significantly reduce excess fat and build muscle in 8 weeks, achieving a leaner and healthier body.
• Designed personalized programs for female clients to increase muscle mass and improve body shape within 4 months.
• Assisted clients in successfully completing the Half Marathon challenge with an improved sub-2:15'' time on their second attempt.
