Thao's greatest satisfaction comes from empowering clients to change their lives. One client, initially overweight and disliking exercise, lost 13% of their body weight in 6 months. They now enjoy exercise, regularly attend the gym, and can squat an impressive 50kg. Personally, Thao, once a non-runner, pushed her boundaries to complete her first-ever 5km run in a commendable 32 minutes!
