Personal Training Story

Minh fell in love with weight training in grade ten when he joined his school's tug of war team. He has been continually learning more about the subject ever since and came to the conclusion that resistance training combined with a proper diet are the keys to optimal human health and performance. Minh brought his passion with him as he went to university abroad and joined a Nutrition and Exercise program. His favourite exercise is Deadlift. One cannot rush a well-executed deadlift. It requires time, patience, and intent to properly perform a deadlift.

Supporting many clients in reaching impressive health and fitness milestones. Mr. Stelvio went from being unable to squat to handling 18kg for 8 reps. Mr. Hưng, once thin and weak, gained 6kg and now Bench Presses 100kg.
