1,932 mins strength training, 1065 mins on tread mill, 194km (1,376 mins) jogging outdoor. A total of 4,128 min (69 hrs) of exercise. And to conclude the year with a 25KM Trail run, came at 87th over 430 people. I've never thought I could do those things at 60 years old. Big thanks to my coach - Long!
