HR Generalist

Become the "heart" of STEEL as our HR Generalist, where you'll shape corporate culture and develop human capital. This position plays a pivotal role in team building, talent development, and creating a positive work environment at STEEL.
Career Progression Path:
• Recruitment Officer → Training Specialist → Recruitment Team Leader → HR Development Specialist → HR Team Leader → Assistant Manager → HR Manager.
Recruitment & Development:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Design and implement training programs.
• Assess and develop employee competencies.
• Organize internal training activities.
HR Administration:
• Develop and update HR policies.
• Ensure labor law compliance.
• Manage HR processes and administration.
• Foster corporate culture development.
Strategy & Operations:
• Coordinate with departments on workforce planning.
• Manage training and development budget.
• Establish KPIs and performance evaluations.
• Generate HR analytics and reports.
Experience & Expertise:
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years experience as HR Generalist.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS.
