• From F&B to Fitness: Turning Passion into a New Direction

Before becoming a coach at STEEL, I spent over four years working in the F&B industry at five-star hotels in Melbourne. This environment allowed me to hone my communication skills and develop a deep understanding of customer psychology—key elements not only in providing excellent service but also in my journey as a coach. Transitioning from F&B to Fitness was a significant change, but the skills I gained in the F&B industry made the shift smooth and effective.

• The Only Vegetarian Coach at STEEL

Three years ago, I decided to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle to reduce harm to animals, improve overall health, and contribute to environmental protection. As the only vegetarian coach at STEEL, this choice has not only sparked curiosity but also helped me carve out a unique path in my profession.

I’ve spent a great deal of time researching nutrition and vegetarian diets, which has enabled me to design customized training programs. I particularly focus on supporting beginners and those transitioning from yoga or pilates to resistance training. The combination of a vegetarian lifestyle and strength training not only enhances health but also brings balance to both the body and mind.

• Post-Pandemic: When Health Became the Top Priority

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve noticed a remarkable shift: people have become increasingly aware of the importance of health.

This was also the time when I began my coaching journey at STEEL, where I’ve had the privilege of working with many clients over the past three years. Each client has their own story, and my mission is to help them overcome personal limits and build the best version of their physical and mental health. I believe that health is not just a goal but a meaningful journey that we embark on together.

Personal Milestones:

• Dedicated to a vegetarian lifestyle combined with resistance training for the past three years, successfully building muscle and maintaining excellent health. This personal journey has helped debunk common myths about the impact of vegetarianism on weight training and inspired others to embrace this lifestyle confidently.

Coaching Achievements:

• Supported numerous female clients aged 18 to 40 in boosting their self-confidence, improving their physique, and enhancing their endurance.

• Clients training with me over time have transformed their daily habits, developing self-discipline and greater awareness, which has led to a more active and health-focused lifestyle.

Certified in Boxing Training for Instructors: Completed a specialized training course in boxing for fitness instructors, issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports.

Certified in Professional Pilates Training: Successfully completed a professional training course in Pilates, certified by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports in 2024.

STEEL Tempered 1.

Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management and Restaurant Services Management: Earned from the William Angliss Institute, Melbourne, Australia.
