Long's journey into the world of fitness and coaching began during his university years, where he studied marketing. Despite his academic focus, his true passion lay in training and maintaining a healthy diet. This passion led him to make a pivotal decision: after spending one year working as an officer, he decided to follow his heart and pursue a career as a coach. For over six years, Long has immersed himself in various forms of training, including bodybuilding, functional fitness, and, most notably, CrossFit. The reason he loves CrossFit so much is that it's a sport that fosters a strong sense of community. It welcomes everyone, allowing people to train together, have fun, and enjoy a variety of exercises. Long doesn't have a favorite exercise; he truly loves every aspect of training, from the supportive environment of group sessions to the personalized approach of one-on-one coaching.
