At 16, I was just a skinny, frail student who constantly felt tired due to poor health. To change myself, I began resistance training with the goal of improving my health and discovering my physical limits.
Through daily perseverance, I realized that training not only transformed my body but also made me stronger in spirit and willpower. After two years, I saw a remarkable change in myself and decided to pursue a career as a professional coach at the age of 18, driven by the desire to help others achieve similar transformations.
My passion lies in continuously learning to provide scientifically backed training methods, optimize results, and help clients build a solid foundation of health knowledge. I believe that every training session is not just a workout but also an opportunity for clients to discover their hidden strengths.
For me, the goal is not only to help you achieve your dream physique but also to create an inspiring journey that allows you to maintain long-term health and enjoy a more positive lifestyle every day.
Personal Milestones:
• Powerlifting: Three years of training and competing, achieving a highest total of 450kg in the 66kg weight class.
• Hybrid Training: Two years of experience combining strength sport and endurance sport.
• Running: Full Marathon Finisher and personal best for a half marathon: 2:17''.
• Racket Sports: Extensive experience in various racket sports.
Coaching Achievements:
• Trained and guided students to participate in their first powerlifting competitions.
• Supported an elite trail marathon athlete in improving strength as a strength coach.
• Helped an individual with cardiovascular issues successfully complete a marathon.
• Assisted a student with no prior running experience to achieve a sub-2:15'' finish in their second half marathon.
