Having once struggled with weight, Minh was determined to delve into the field of Fat Loss to improve himself. With 3 years in the fitness industry and both positive and negative experiences with weight loss methods, Minh gained empathy for those struggling with weight and understood that weight loss is a journey requiring perseverance and a proper approach to avoid mental pressures that lead to discouragement. Tang Minh's goal in pursuing weight loss is to change clients' perspectives on weight loss, making it a positive, liberating experience, free from the negativity often associated with online advice. The mental distress such as lingering body aches after workouts that instill fear in clients about attending the gym and engaging in physical activities can be alleviated through Sport Massage. Regularly implementing body recovery helps clients reduce pain, stimulate muscle groups for development, and enhance post-workout mood. This not only promotes a happier and more enjoyable experience at the gym but also contributes to an overall improvement in both physical and mental well-being.
